We started back as a mother and daughter duo Thinking wouldn’t it would be nice to be living the dream(farmville & FB you have a lot to answer for) hahah..... little did we know.
We took on the mammoth task of a 30 acre in-arrible over grown piece of land & small holding back in 2017. Working with a work-away program where I invited young students and graduates for all around the world to my farm for 3-4mths at a time....This is when the Team Pink Begun. Together we worked towards making My dream a reality...... Here we are today keeping the dream alive.
2017 = Agricultural Collage (Teagasc Letterkenny) level 5-6 Agriculture - Green Cert
So jumping into the world of farming with both feet. During my time studying and learning on farm with my heard of Goats. Learning the good husbandry skills that i needed and learning about my land. Always thinking outside the box I realized the was a neitch in the market for a Protein packed red meat alternative that can be sustainably farmed And just like that the Goat Burger was born..... so off i went...
2019 = I entered the Food Academy Program and got accepted onto Supervalue & Centra shelves. Thankfully i was still finalizing the packaging when (Covid hit with the lockdown).
Circumstances changed and Fate walked in carried me here today.
2020/2022 = Diploma in Specialty Food Production UCC Cork.
2023 = The Auntripunaur Academy Kick Starter Program
